Because the problems of poverty and scarcity still persist in rural and remote areas, the arrival of winter brings a critical need for warm clothing to provide protection from the cold.

Thai Red Cross Society, through the Relief and Community Health Bureau, in collaboration with our network partners, strives to be a part of delivering warmth and happiness to those in need. Our goal is to improve their health and quality of life by visiting cold-stricken areas to provide winter kits to victims and the underprivileged.

In addition, we provide essential supplies such as sports equipment, water coolers, and medicine and medical supplies for school infirmaries in rural areas. We also offer general medical and dental check-ups, alongside health education. Our mission extends to home visits for the underprivileged and people with disabilities to provide winter gear and health screenings for the elderly.

Recognizing the hardships faced by people during the cold season every year, the Relief and Community Health Bureau remains committed to our mission: to alleviate suffering and promote the well-being of the distressed and needy. We have always adhered to the Red Cross Fundamental Principles as our guiding light in every mission.
